Richard Hawkes

Richard Hawkes has a diverse work experience in the field of product design and marketing. Richard started their career in 2012 at Constant Contact, where they worked as a Channel Marketing Co-op. In 2013, they joined Guided Surgery Solutions, LLC as a Marketing and Operations Co-op. In 2014, they worked as a Marketing Co-op at Localytics. In 2016, they joined Barkly as a Junior Designer and later became a Designer. Richard then worked at Gondiline Design in 2017 as a Product Designer. Currently, Richard is working at Customer.io, where they started as a Product Designer in 2018 and was promoted to Senior Product Designer in June 2020.

Richard Hawkes has a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Entrepreneurship and Finance from Northeastern University. Richard also has experience in web design and graphic design from Lorenzo de Medici. Richard received their high school diploma from Greely High School.
