Sean Craswell has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Sean is currently working as a Site Reliability Engineer - Level 3 at Customer.io, where they design, builds, and maintains core infrastructure pieces to support the processing and delivery of billions of messages. Additionally, Sean worked at the Centre for Arts and Technology as a Systems Analyst, Administrator, Architect, IT Department Head, and Facilities Manager. In these roles, they developed curriculum, delivered lectures, and maintained an understanding of emerging technologies.

Sean'swork experience began at Fundy Communications as an Internet Support Representative, where they provided technical support for Data eXcellerator modems and troubleshooted technical problems for customers.
