Stefano Iachella has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and industries. Stefano is currently working at Customer.io as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager since June 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Customer Success Manager at the same company from February 2022 to June 2023.

Stefano Iachella has a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from Università degli Studi di Padova, which they obtained from 2007 to 2010. Stefano then pursued a Master's degree in Communication and Advertising for Public Administration and No Profit Organizations at Sapienza Università di Roma, completing it from 2012 to 2014.

In 2013, Stefano Iachella also participated in an Advanced Training Course in Communication for International Development and Cooperation at Scuola Superiore Sant'Anna, which lasted for one year.
