Darta Rina Türkmen

Darta Rina Türkmen currently serves as the Head of Customer Experience at Whimsical, a position held since September 2019. In addition to this role, Darta is an angel investor and member of BADideas.fund since May 2022, and actively participates as a member in Support Driven and the Customer Success Network. Darta's prior experience includes serving as a Customer Support Manager at FullContact Inc. and as a Public Procurement Coordinator at EY. Darta began professional career as a Translation Specialist at IKEA Group. Academic achievements include a Master of Business Administration in Innovative Entrepreneurship from Banku Augstskola and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Technical Translation from Rīgas Tehniskā universitāte. Current studies in applied linguistics are being pursued at Universitat d'Alacant.
