Micahlynn Kaza

Micahlynn Kaza has worked in various roles in the past 19 years. In 2001, they worked as an Independent Contractor for the City of Modesto, where they were primarily responsible for website development, graphic design, and marketing. From 2005 to 2007, they were self-employed providing online marketing and website development services for small businesses and non-profits. From 2007 to 2011, they worked as a Marketing Communications Manager at Gowan Company. From 2011 to 2016, they served as a Full Stack Marketing & Development at MindBlown LLC. From 2016 to 2017, they were an IT/Marketing Manager at Central Colorado AHEC. From 2017 to 2019, they were a Marketing Manager / Customer Service Manager / IT Manager at Bing Beverage. From 2019 to 2020, they were Vice President of Operations at CustomerBloom, where they increased the company's margin to 30+%, completed an overhaul of the company's financial management, and madeover the team and company culture. In 2020, they became the Chief Adventurer at Top Horse Trails.

Micahlynn Kaza completed a Professional Certificate in Graphic Design at Sessions College in 2010-2011. Micahlynn also holds a Permaculture Design Certification from Oregon State University and a Project Management Certification from San Jose State University.
