Jennifer Heilig is a seasoned culinary professional with extensive experience in teaching and coaching. Currently serving as a Peer Coach at Sunnyside since November 2021, Jennifer has been the Owner and Chef Instructor at For The Table Cooking School since January 2016, focusing on nutrition and cooking skills to enhance health and well-being. Previous roles include Chef Instructor at The Trustees - The KITCHEN at the Boston Public Market, where Jennifer designed and taught various culinary classes, and interim Executive Chef at Sodexo's Executive Dining Room. Jennifer holds a Master of Business Administration from Simmons University, a Bachelor of Arts from Smith College, and certifications from Wellcoaches and the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, alongside a Professional Chefs Program degree from the Cambridge School of Culinary Arts.
