Paul Hughes

Paul Hughes has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Paul is currently serving as the Head of Commercial and FP&A at CVS Group Plc since October 2021. Prior to this, Paul worked as a Senior Finance Business Partner at CVS Group Plc from March 2019 to November 2021. Before joining CVS Group Plc, they were employed at AQA as a Management Accounts Manager from November 2015 to March 2019. From October 2014 to October 2015, Paul held dual roles as an Aftermarket Finance Business Partner and Head of Finance at Alexander Dennis Limited. Paul worked at Auto Trader UK in various roles including Commercial Finance Manager, Financial Controller, and Commercial Accountant from February 2009 to September 2014. Before that, Paul worked as a Commercial Management Accountant at Broker Assistance from May 2007 to February 2009. Paul started their career at HBOS in March 2006 as a Reporting and Planning Accountant. Paul has also gained experience as a Management Accountant at Direct Group Limited from June 2000 to March 2006.

Paul Hughes earned a BA (Hons) in Business Studies from Staffordshire University from 1994 to 1998. Prior to that, they attended Carmel College in St. Helens, Merseyside from 1991 to 1993, but did not complete a degree or field of study during that time.
