Donna Rosen

Donna Rosen is the Vice President of Client Clinical Services at CVS Health. Donna has over 25 years of experience in the pharmacy industry, including leadership roles at DaVita Inc., Express Scripts, and Medco.

At DaVita Inc., Donna built and led a cross-enterprise team to develop and manage the Pharmacy Practice, overseeing Quality/Process Improvement, Clinical Technology, Pharmacists in Charge (PIC), Operations Compliance, and Returns/Replacements functions. Donna was initially hired as a Consultant to drive key pharmacy operations projects and launch the Specialty Pharmacy. Donna successfully opened the Specialty Pharmacy, including Board of Pharmacy compliance, pharmacy licensure and URAC. Donna also developed and implemented a Quality Strategy to improve Prescription Dispensing Quality by over 10% PPM. Donna served on the Operational Excellence Review Board, Promotional Review Committee and Risk Escalation Committee during their time at DaVita Inc.

Prior to joining DaVita Inc., Donna was the Senior Director of Pharmacy Practice and Clinical Technology at Express Scripts. In this role, they were responsible for leading a team of pharmacists and technicians in providing clinical consultation and support to patients, physicians and nurses. Donna also oversaw the development and implementation of clinical programs and services, as well as the clinical utilization review process.

Before Express Scripts, Donna served as the Vice President of Professional Practice and Clinical Technology at Medco. In this role, they were responsible for leading a team of pharmacists and technicians who provided clinical consultation and support to patients, physicians and nurses. Donna also oversaw the development and implementation of clinical programs and services, as well as the clinical utilization review process.

Donna Rosen has a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences. Donna has also completed a Corporate Strategy & Financial Management Executive Program from The Wharton School. Donna is certified by the APhA Foundation in APha Certificate Programs: MTM, Immunization, Diabetes, Cardiovascular, Lipids Management. Donna is also certified by TwentyEighty Strategy Execution (formerly ESI International) India in Business Analyst. Donna is a Registered Pharmacist with active licenses in New Jersey, Massachusetts, and Florida. Lastly, they are Pivotal Resources Six Sigma Yellow and Green Belt certified.
