Juan Bondad

Juan Bondad is an experienced professional in the fields of client services, quality assurance, and IT management with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Lead Director of Client Services at CVS Health since January 2013, Juan has held various management roles, including Senior Manager of System Development and Strategic Planning, and Manager of IT Quality Assurance. Prior to CVS Health, Juan worked as a Senior Consultant at Clarity Solution Group, specializing in QA leadership for telecommunications projects. Juan's earlier experience includes a long tenure at Headstrong, where multiple roles encompassed technical management, project management, and quality assurance for major clients such as CVS Caremark, 7-Eleven, and Rexel across several countries. Juan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from the University of the Philippines and is a graduate of the Philippine Science High School.
