Kaj Genas

Kaj Genas is a seasoned sales leader with over two decades of experience in various leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Director of Global Sales at CWT since February 2017, Kaj also holds key positions on the Boards of Directors for CWT entities in Denmark, Finland, and Sweden. Previous roles include Senior Director for Sales in Nordic Countries and Eastern Europe, and extensive experience in top sales and marketing positions at Pirelli and Michelin, where Kaj successfully developed market strategies and led sales teams. Kaj began career at Johnson & Johnson, bringing a strong foundation in business management with a Master's degree in Economics from the University of Vaasa.
