Michael Jin Wang

Michael Jin Wang has a diverse work experience in the travel industry. Michael Jin started their career as a Tour Leader and Translator at China International Travel Service Group in 1989. Michael Jin later became a Sales Manager in the European Department of the same company. In 1994, they also worked as a Tour Leader at Gebeco. Michael Jin then worked as a Lecturer at the Guilin Institute of Tourism in China. After that, they joined Royal Scenic Holidays Limited in Canada as a Tour Coordinator and Asia Specialist. Michael Jin then joined Goway Travel as a Travel Consultant and Team Leader. Currently, they are working at Carlson Wagonlit Travel as a Corporate Travel Expert and Team Lead. In this role, they lead a multinational team and provides coaching, monitoring, and assistance to front-line staff.

Michael Jin Wang obtained a Bachelor's degree in German Language and Literature from Beijing International Studies University between 1985 and 1989. Michael Jin then pursued a Diploma in English Language and Literature/Letters at Beijing Normal University from 1994 to 1996. Lastly, they obtained a Master's degree in Tourism and Travel Services Management from the University of Brighton between 2000 and 2002.
