Wolfgang Weber has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Wolfgang started their career at Ogilvy & Mather in 1994 as a Management Trainee, focusing on customer relations. Wolfgang then moved on to Waterloo Hydrogeologic Software, Inc. in 1995, where they held the roles of CMO and VP of International Sales. In 1996, they joined Linotype-Hell AG as VP of Marketing for Publishing Systems. Following this, they worked at Linopress Publishing Systems, a subsidiary of Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG, where they held the position of VP of Marketing and NAFTA Sales, as well as being the Head of Customer Experience Management. In 2000, they became the Senior VP of Systems Integration and the CEO of the Systems Integration Subsidiary at Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG. In 2006, Wolfgang founded cx/omni Customer Excellence Consultants, where they served as Owner and CEO until 2015. Finally, in 2014, they founded cxomni CXM cloud and assumed the role of CEO and Founder.
Wolfgang Weber attended FH W-S University of Applied Sciences Würzburg from 1983 to 1989. Wolfgang obtained a Master/Diplom degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General Management. After completing their degree, they enrolled at Hochschule der Medien, Stuttgart, from 1989 to 1992. Here they studied Advertising & Printing Technologies, although no specific degree was mentioned.
