Guillermo Bournigal oversees CyanGate’s general operations which include Professional Services, Customer Support, Engineering, and internal operations.

With over 16 years of Enterprise Content Management (ECM) and Content Management (ECM) delivery experience, Guillermo has a proven track record delivering complex projects for domestic and international customers, and professional services sales and contracting. Prior to fully transitioning into the ECM industry, Guillermo spent 9+ years as a consultant in the telecommunications industry, focusing on billing, and telecom’s early digital content solutions.

Guillermo’s main goal at CyanGate is to continue to improve their processes and services to maximize value for the customers, either through their services or innovative product line up.
