Scott Millis

Chief Technology Officer at Cyber adAPT

Scott Millis has held several positions in the technology industry since 1975. Scott began their career as President/CEO of California Systems Associates, a consulting and turnkey solutions firm focused on leveraging minicomputer technologies. In 1982, they were recruited by Video Products Distributors as VP of MIS, and grew the business to $80M in 4 years. In 1989, Millis was recruited by Foundation Health Corporation to design and implement a new large-scale VAX/VMS claims management system. Scott then joined Trinity Integrated Networks as CTO in 2000, followed by Citadel Security Software as Director of IT in 2002. In 2006, Millis joined McAfee as Senior Director of Global IT Infrastructure, and was promoted to Vice President and Chief IT Strategy Officer. In 2013, they became Chief Security Strategy Officer at ISC8 (now Cyber adAPT). In 2015, they were appointed Chief Technology Officer at Cyber adAPT, and in 2019 they were appointed Head of Strategy and Technology at Cysurance.

Scott Millis attended UC Irvine from 1972 to 1976, where they studied Computer Science. Scott obtained the WSET Level 1 Award in Wines from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust in April 2015, the CCDA from Cisco in April 2000, and the ITIL v3 Foundations Certificate in IT Service Management from EXIN Group Ltd.
