Sean Butler

Sean Butler has been working in the field of information security for over 10 years. In 2021, they began working as a Senior Offensive Security Specialist at Cyber Defense Labs. From 2017 to 2021, they were an Information Security Consultant at Castlegarde Inc. From 2010 to 2017, they held multiple roles at SageLink Credit Union, including Network Administrator, Computer Operator, and Member Service Rep. Theirrole as Network Administrator included maintaining and troubleshooting a corporate network with 5 satellite branches, administering active directory and group policy, and overseeing and maintaining VMware virtual servers. Theirrole as Computer Operator included processing electronic transactions, providing basic computer troubleshooting for staff, creating disaster recovery tape backups, and creating notes and training for staff. Theirrole as Member Service Rep included performing loan interviews, opening new accounts, offering products and services that benefit the member, and assisting members with questions regarding loans and accounts. Prior to 2010, Sean Butler worked as a Cashier Supervisor at Bordine Nursery from 2005 to 2010.
