About the Role:

The Manager of Marketing is responsible for the productivity and effectiveness of the direct and partner marketing organization, working closely with the entire New Revenue team to drive strategies and tactics that contribute to the overall corporate revenue objective’s success. This role will develop, manage, and supervise the strategy and performance of the CyberFortress product collateral portfolio, marketing campaigns, MarTech tools stack, and sales pipeline quality for existing and new solutions. Study and identify data driven trends, best practice applications, and competitive intel to determine areas to improve ROI and implement throughout the New Revenue team. The Manager of Marketing will collaborate with Sales, Sales Enablement, Product Technology, and other cross-functional teams to align strategic initiatives into marketing plans.

Responsibilities:

  • Direct/Manage/Supervise the development and implementation of marketing strategies for new and existing products
  • Oversee marketing strategy implementation, including campaigns, events, digital marketing, and public relations
  • Work closely with the company sales team, enabling them to meet their revenue objectives by providing appropriate tools, materials, and presentations
  • Guide the day‐to‐day activities of the marketing team. Work closely with product management teams to define marketing materials and programs
  • Collaborate with New Revenue leadership in developing direct and partner marketing strategies and initiatives via digital, traditional, and social mediums
  • Determine how CRM and MarTech tools will deliver and execute effective continuous process improvements
  • Track, measure, evaluate, and analyze campaign performance relevant to designated objectives and goals
  • Deliver KPI reporting on campaign effectiveness and ROI
  • Partners with Sales to refine lead qualification process, analyze and report on campaign performance with reporting and dashboards
  • Manages end-to-end process of tracking marketing funnel, operational metrics, and delivering regular insights; define and deliver techniques to improve the funnel performance for New Revenue leadership
  • Manages activities for marketing data hygiene, data import, A/B testing analysis, landing page analysis, and other activities related to running and measuring efficient campaigns
  • Performs special projects and/or other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Broad knowledge of the field of marketing with a proven track record of leadership
  • At least two years of marketing manager experience including people management
  • The ability to lead teams and collaborate with other departments
  • Strong analytical skills. Must be able to understand data, market trends and consumer behavior is crucial.
  • Strong creativity in crafting effective marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Strong communication skills with team members and external partners
  • Must be tech savvy with familiarity with marketing automation software and digital platforms
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business management, business administration or a related field
  • Experience working with Veeam, the Veeam network of partners, and events associated with Veeam a strong plus
