Fuzz Jamaluddin has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles.
From 2011 to 2015, Fuzz worked for Bank Negara Malaysia as a Project Coordinator & Analyst, where they analyzed and developed strategies to promote Malaysia's niche in Islamic finance. Fuzz also conducted research to establish a central database for the financial services industry and provided stakeholders with best practices for brand development.
In 2016, Fuzz had multiple internships. At the Washington Technology Industry Association, they worked as a Project Management Intern, managing programs and events, conducting data analysis, and contributing to special projects such as researching and producing Job Taxonomy project reports.
Fuzz also interned at Reverb, where they assisted with administrative tasks, created feedback reports, helped organize workshops and panels for Seattle Startup Week 2016, and provided research for the company's HR staffing service.
In 2016, Fuzz joined Apprenti as a Program Coordinator, supporting the delivery of apprentices to tech roles in Washington. Fuzz communicated with internal and external stakeholders to manage expectations and ensure timely delivery of cohorts. Fuzz later became a Program Manager, responsible for overseeing day-to-day communication with hiring companies and managing relationships with key apprentice support systems.
In 2022, Fuzz joined Cyborg Mobile as a Program Manager, and later joined Digital Training Solutions as a Product Development Manager. At DTS, they lead teams in creating high-quality online training solutions for corporate and education sectors, with a focus on reimagining DEI trainings and promoting inclusive cultures in the workplace.
Fuzz Jamaluddin completed a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics from the University of Washington, attending from 2007 to 2011. In 2019, they obtained the Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from Scrum Alliance.
