Simon Neale is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in hydrogeology and environmental regulation. Currently serving as the Future Regulation Manager and Land Quality Strategy Manager at Cyfoeth Naturiol Cymru / Natural Resources Wales since October 2008, Simon focuses on agriculture regulations, including domestic and EU standards, and influences the CAP and Welsh RDP through evidence-based strategies. Prior roles include Technical Manager and Senior Technical Advisor at the Environment Agency, as well as positions at the National Rivers Authority. Simon holds a Master of Science in Hydrogeology and Groundwater Chemistry from the University of Reading and a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Geology from the University of Wales, Cardiff.
