Stephen Mattox has over 24 years of work experience in the IT industry. Stephen is currently working as a Senior Software Post-Sales Delivery Engineer DDI Diamond IP at Cygna Labs since October 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Technical Analyst at Comcast Cable Communications from September 2004 to October 2007. Stephen managed IP Management using VitalQIP and served as a single point of contact for VitalQIP operations.

Stephen started their career at Lucent Technologies as a Network Engineer from December 2000 to September 2004. Stephen managed VitalQIP site administration and performed DNS and DHCP installation and troubleshooting.

Stephen'sfirst job was as an IT Coordinator at IDS Scheer, URS Griener from 1998 to December 2000.

Throughout their career, Stephen has gained experience in various areas such as project planning, customer support, server deployment, system administration, network engineering, and IP management.

Stephen Mattox attended West Chester University of Pennsylvania from 2000 to 2004, studying Computer Science. Prior to that, from 1997 to 1998, they obtained an Associate's degree in Computer Networks and Data Communications from The Chubb Institute in Springfield, PA. In addition to their formal education, Stephen has also received several certifications, including Security Yellow Belt Training Certification from Comcast in May 2017, Certified Administrator of OpenStack from Mirantis in November 2016, OpenStack Accelerated Bootcamp from Mirantis in November 2016, and RHCSA from Red Hat, Inc in August 2011.
