Before that, they served as the Director of Global Services at Thermo Fisher Scientific, where they accelerated growth and improved customer experience. Gary also has extensive experience at GE Healthcare, where they held various leadership roles, including Regional Director and Managing Director and Country Manager, leading turnaround strategies and driving revenue growth. Gary has a track record of developing and executing successful business strategies and achieving excellent customer satisfaction.
From 1991 to 1995, Gary Cross attended Portsmouth University in the UK. During this time, they pursued a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in Advanced Manufacturing Technology and Tribology.
