Matsouka Elli

Board Member at CyHRMA

Elli is an Organisational Culture Consultant, Corporate Wellbeing Expert and Executive Coach dedicated to working with heart-led, visionary leaders and executives, who want to improve the quality of life for their employees and themselves and ultimately make an impact to the wider society.

During her 15 years of working experience, she has worked with a number of organisations in designing practices and running interventions that lead in the creation of the right organisational culture – the one that can support organisations to thrive and people to feel happy.

She has worked with leaders globally to help them make the right decisions for themselves, their employees and their business.

She worked for 7 years at Deloitte Cyprus, as a Manager in the Consulting Human Capital services, providing consulting services to local and international organisations. She also worked at Amicorp Group, where she was leading the HR & Development section for the EMEA region, including offices in 14 countries. Her last job position before leaving her corporate career and built the business and life she loves, was with Εrnst & Young as a Director, Head of Consulting Unit in the People Advisory Services.

She holds a BA in Sociology from the University of Cyprus and an MA Degree in Human Resource Development and Consulting (Distinction) from Lancaster University.

She has also attended a Diploma for professional coaches and mentors with PWC (Cy) and Bluesky International (UK) and she is a member of the EMCC. Elli was one of the first consultants in Cyprus that were accredited with the international standard “Investors in People” (IIP).

She is a Member of the Board of Directors of the CyHRMA since 2015 and she is currently the representative of the Association at the European Association of People Management (EAPM). Before that, she also served the Association as an active committee member.
