Ellie Chalko

A founding partner of Cynergies, Ellie is responsible for the overall business operations of the company. As Cynergies continues to grow, her strength in operations management and strategic operations, as well as financial management, are key components in the company’s success.

Ellie works closely with the Cynergies team to ensure they take time to get to know their candidates professionally, listening to each person’s career goals to connect them with the right job, while matching the right talent in their client’s IT positions.

Ellie holds a B.A. from Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio. She resides in Mentor, Ohio where she enjoys boating whenever possible with her husband Chris.
