Global Head of Customer Success at Cynerio

Peter Kelly has worked in the IT sector since 1990. Their first role was as a CIM Engineer, EDP Internal Auditor, and Financial Analyst at Analog Devices. Peter then moved to Philips Lumileds in 2007 as an IT Director, where they managed the strategy and execution of IT infrastructure for operations in the United States, Netherlands, Singapore, and Malaysia. In 2009, they became the Director of SaaS Operations at BMC Software, launching an innovative SaaS revenue stream within the IT service management sector. From 2013 to 2018, they held the position of Customer Success Advisor - Strategic Accounts and Service Delivery Manager at Apptio, where they championed Technology Business Management (TBM) best practices to optimize organizations' IT departments. In 2021, they were appointed Principle Customer Success Manager at Cybereason, and in 2022 they became the Global Head of Customer Success at Cynerio.

Peter Kelly attended the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth from 1986 to 1990, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering.
