Pam Burgos

Pam Burgos has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Pam began their career as a Senior Research Analyst at Thomson Reuters from 1997 to 2000. Following this, they worked as a Writer/Reporter at ABS-CBN Corporation for a brief period. From 2000 to 2011, Pam held the position of HR Staffing/Recruitment Manager at STP Staffing, where they recruited healthcare personnel and managed a team of staffing specialists and recruiters. Pam then transitioned to AMN Healthcare as an Account Manager, responsible for recruiting nursing professionals and overseeing front office operations. Pam later worked at FlexRN as a Staffing Specialist, handling hospital and client accounts and supervising nursing staff assignments. In 2013, they joined Phoenix Systems Inc. as the Director of Operations and Recruitment, focusing on full life cycle recruiting efforts and promoting the company in global markets. Most recently, Pam has been at Cynet Health, initially as an Accounts Director, where they acted as the point of contact for healthcare clients and developed strategies to meet their needs. Currently, they serve as the VP of Account Management, utilizing their skills in building and maintaining client relationships.

Pam Burgos has a Masters in International Affairs with a concentration on International Security from the University of North Georgia. Pam obtained this degree between the years 2009 and 2012. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelors in Communication with Cum laude honors at the University of the Philippines from 1992 to 1996, majoring in Journalism.
