Joseph Pauldine has over 30 years of work experience in various roles within the banking and marketing industry. Joseph began their career at MCI in 1991 as a Global Account Manager and Field Marketing Specialist, where they achieved consistent success and received multiple accolades. In 2004, they joined Cypress Trust Company as Vice President of Marketing and Sales, contributing to brand awareness, client development, and business growth. Since 2013, Joseph has served as the Senior Vice President and Market Executive at Cypress Bank & Trust, overseeing trust and investment advisory services and providing personalized solutions for clients' financial needs.

Joseph Pauldine attended Old Dominion University from 1986 to 1991, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing Management.
