Gautami Mone

Gautami Mone has extensive work experience in the field of human resources and recruitment. Gautami started their career as a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Catalyst Consulting in 2006 and then joined Summit HR WorldWide as a Recruitment Specialist in 2007. In 2008, Gautami worked as a Team Lead for Recruitment at Mphasis, an EDS Company, followed by a role as an HR Coordinator at Development Dimensions International. Gautami then joined Pathfinder Management Consulting India Ltd as a Recruitment Consultant in 2009. Gautami later worked at BioAnalytical Technologies, Pune as an Executive and then as a Senior Executive for Recruitment from 2010 to 2014. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Officer in HR at Cytel, a role they have been in since 2015.

Gautami Mone obtained a Master's degree in Computer Management from Indsearch between 2003 and 2005.
