IT Support Engineer at Cytel

Sagar Ghadage has experience in the field of IT support and engineering. Sagar started their career as a System Engineer at Tech Mahindra, where they handled 500 machines and provided troubleshooting support. Sagar also worked with Open view Technology Pvt Ltd and TechMahindra Limited during this time. Later, they worked as a Desktop Support Engineer at Wipro InfoTech, serving Barclays Technology Centre India in Pune. In this role, they remotely addressed incidents and worked on request portals. Sagar then joined Persistent Systems as a System Engineer, where they worked on a Windows 10 migration project. Currently, they are working at Cytel as a Desktop Support Engineer, responsible for installing and configuring Windows 10, laptop replacement, and new windows installation.

Sagar Ghadage has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Political Science from Shivaji University. Sagar also has additional certifications as a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) from Microsoft, obtained in March 2009 and November 2018.
