Justin Barber

Justin Barber, MBA, is an accomplished operations manager with extensive experience in the healthcare and manufacturing sectors. Currently, Justin serves as Operations Manager and Production Team Leader at Cytiva since April 2020. Prior to this role, Justin was a Production Team Leader at GE Healthcare, participating in the Operations Management Leadership Program where key rotations involved materials management, lean leadership, and production supervision. Justin's earlier experience includes a global supply chain internship at Rockwell Automation, where efforts led to increased productivity through supplier localization projects. Additional internships include a role as an Energy Economist Intern at the U.S. Department of Energy and a Sales and Marketing Intern at Mondelēz International. Justin holds an MBA in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a Bachelor of Science in Applied Economics from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities.
