Mike Rapach began their work experience in 2001 at Amersham Health as an Associate Project Engineer, where they managed small to medium projects centered around radioactive medical devices and radio-pharmaceuticals. Mike then joined GE Healthcare in 2005, holding various roles such as Radiopharmaceutical Production and Continuous Improvement Leader. In 2019, they transitioned to Cytiva, where they worked as a Global OpEx Project Leader before becoming a Global Program Manager. Currently, at Cytiva, Mike holds the position of Government Strategic Programs Director, responsible for implementing strategies to engage with government entities and stakeholders in the biopharma supply chain field, with programs under their purview contributing over two billion dollars.
Mike Rapach earned a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety from Columbia Southern University from 2006 to 2010. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate's degree in Liberal Arts from Judson University in 2005-2006. Mike completed their high school education from 1986 to 1990. Additionally, Mike Rapach has obtained multiple certifications, including Project Management: Government Projects and Change Management Trainer from LinkedIn and Prosci respectively, in the year 2022.
