Roberta Pleșa

Roberta Pleșa has a diverse work experience in the field of learning and development. Roberta is currently working at Cytiva, where they serve as the Senior Learning & Development Governance Lead. Prior to this role, they held positions as the GSC Global Learning & Development Lead and the GSC EMEA Learning & Development Lead at the same company. Before joining Cytiva, they worked as an HR Consultant at Intentional Insights and as an Organizational Development Manager at Caroli Foods Group. Roberta'searlier experience includes roles as the Learning and Development Manager at SC Mega Image SRL and as a Customer Care Trainer at UPC Romania SRL. Throughout their career, Roberta has focused on creating innovative learning and development programs, implementing learning management systems, and utilizing data and analytics for continuous improvement.

Roberta Pleșa completed their Bachelor's degree in Political Science at the Școala Națională de Studii Politice și Administrative din București from 1999 to 2003. Roberta then pursued a Master's degree in Communication and Public Relations at the Scoala Nationala de Studii Politice si Administrative (SNSPA) from 2003 to 2005. Additionally, they received an Erasmus scholarship to study Management and Business Administration at HOWEST Hogeschool West-Vlaanderen in 2004.
