Jason Barnes

Jason Barnes began their career as a Senior Financial Analyst at Synapse Group Inc. in 2001. Jason then worked as a Finance Manager at Affinion Group from 2005 to 2006. From 2006 to 2009, they served as a Finance Manager at Purdue Pharma, where they provided financial analysis and support for business units. In 2009, they joined HomeServe USA as the Senior Vice President of Finance, overseeing financial planning and analysis. Jason stayed with HomeServe USA until 2017. From 2017 to 2019, they worked at Sears Home Services as the VP Finance and Interim CFO. Following that, they moved on to Transform Sears Home Services, where they held the position of VP Finance and CFO from 2019 to 2022. Currently, they are serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Czarnowski Collective, a marketing company focused on creating impactful brand experiences.

Jason Barnes has a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Economics from Bryant University. Jason also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance from the University of Connecticut School of Business.
