Bill Woolsey

Bill Woolsey is the current Director of Safety at D & M Carriers, Inc. Bill has over eight years of experience in managing safety and DOT compliance programs for transportation divisions. Prior to their current position, they served as the VP EH&S for Pilot Thomas Logistics from November 2013 to November 2018 and as the DOT Trucking Compliance Manager for Blueknight Energy Partners, LP from December 2010 to November 2013.

At D & M Carriers, Inc., Woolsey is responsible for managing the safety and compliance program for the company. Bill works closely with senior management and operations to develop and implement policies, procedures, and programs to improve safety and compliance performance. Bill is also responsible for coordinating and managing all vehicle accidents, incidents, and work-related injuries.

Woolsey has been instrumental in establishing a compliant Cargo Tank Testing Facility Registration and Texas Railroad Commission LPG Registration for the company. Bill also played a significant role in rolling out a fleet-wide On-Board Computer (OBC) technology to improve safety, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Bill Woolsey has a Bachelor's degree in Science Industrial/Environmental Safety from the University of Central Oklahoma, an Associates degree in Architecture from Oklahoma State University, and a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Industrial Safety from the University of Central Oklahoma.

They are on a team with Betsy Waldrop - Director of Recruiting, Doug Arns - Director of Maintenance, and Dennis Freymiller - Vice President of Sales. Bill Woolsey reports to David Freymiller, Chief Executive Officer.
