Alma Cajic has an extensive background in human resources, with experience spanning various companies and roles. Alma has held positions such as HR Coordinator at Automotive Industrial Marketing Corporation, HR Generalist at Tri Marine International, Human Resources Coordinator at Yellow Pages Group, Human Resources Manager at Seon, Manager and Director of People & Culture at Delta-Q Technologies, and currently serves as the Director of People at D-Wave Systems Inc. Throughout their career, Alma has demonstrated their ability to drive company culture, develop HR policies, and provide comprehensive people management support to enhance team effectiveness and align with business objectives.

Alma Cajic obtained an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Portland Community College in 2007 and later completed a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management and Services from Portland State University - School of Business in 2009.
