D2X is looking for a Sales & Marketing Intern to join its office in Amsterdam!

What we do 

D2X is a regulated crypto derivatives exchange for institutions, based in the Netherlands. In 2024, D2X became the first entity in the EU to receive a MIFID II MTF licence authorising it to list regulated crypto futures and options. With institutional demand for digital assets on the rise, our exchange fills a crucial gap by offering institutions a regulated trading platform open 7-days-a-week. Our mission is to facilitate seamless adoption of crypto derivatives by financial institutions.

Sales & Marketing at D2X  

D2X is the first regulated crypto derivatives exchange in the EU open 7-days-a-week, catering to institutional clients, such as hedge funds, banks, prime brokers, etc. As an intern in Sales & Marketing, you'll dive into a fast-paced environment where you'll assist in crafting and executing sales and marketing strategies. Your role will involve market research, competitor analysis, content creation and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure our offerings align with the evolving needs of our clients. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the world of crypto finance while contributing to the growth of a cutting-edge platform. 

What you'll do 

  • Contribute to the development and execution of social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement;

  • Assist in structuring sales efforts by organizing and categorizing leads and clients within the Salesforce pipeline;

  • Aid in visualizing and analyzing sales processes using tools such as Salesforce, Excel or other relevant software;

  • Conduct industry and competitor research to provide insights and recommendations for enhancing sales tactics and strategies;

  • Assist in preparing presentations and documents for sales and customer-facing teams and internal use;

  • Support in the sourcing of new clients through research, outreach, and networking efforts;

  • Assist in event planning and production, logistics and administrative support;

  • Collaborate with team members on various projects and initiatives to support our overall sales & marketing objectives.

What we are looking for 

  • Recent graduate or currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business Management, Marketing and Communications, or similar;

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, any other languages are a plus;

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and design tools such as Figma or similar;

  • Previous experience with SalesForce is a strong plus;

  • Available for 40 hours/week;

  • You are a team player, highly collaborative, with the ability to work cross-functionally with the different teams and provide insight to various internal stakeholders across the business;

  • Interest in the financial industry and enthusiastic about digital assets.
