Olimpia Pavoni Belo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and organizational culture. Currently serving as Co-founder and Chief Product Officer at igma since December 2022, Olimpia has also held the position of Chief Culture Officer at D3_Company since January 2012. Previously, Olimpia worked at Citi from August 2006 to April 2010 as a Gerente de Relacionamento.
