Janneke Hadders

Janneke Hadders has extensive work experience in various roles. Janneke is currently the CEO of CropX Technologies Europe at Dacom, a position they have held since August 2021. Prior to that, they were the CEO and owner of Dacom Farm Intelligence from April 2013 to August 2021. In this role, their mission was to provide growers and the agribusiness sector with data-driven advisory services, helping them make better decisions.

Before joining Dacom, Janneke worked as a Business Developer and Owner at Dacom Farm Intelligence from November 2003 to April 2013. Janneke focused on converting relevant data into concrete advice for users, giving them a better understanding of their business.

In addition to their roles at Dacom, Janneke has held various positions in other organizations. From May 2016 to April 2022, they served as a Member of the Regional Council of the Chamber of Commerce region North at Kamer van Koophandel Noord-Nederland. Janneke was also the Chair of the Supervisory Board at Drenthe College from January 2019 to March 2021 and a Member of the Supervisory Board from April 2013 to December 2018.

Janneke has been involved in several advisory and board positions. Janneke was a Member of the Board at AgroConnect from June 2013 to May 2019, a platform for the development of standards in the agri-food sector. Janneke served as a Member of the advisory committee SIA RAAK at Stichting Innovatie Alliantie from April 2014 to December 2017. This committee aimed to improve knowledge exchange between SMEs and Universities of Applied Sciences.

Furthermore, Janneke was a Member of the Gebiedscommisie Zuid-Oost Drenthe from March 2007 to December 2013. This commission focused on stimulating rural development and advised the Provincial government Drenthe on project finance. Janneke also served as the Chair of Jonge Noordelijke Ondernemers from January 2009 to September 2011 and as a Member of the Board VNO-NCW Noord from January 2009 to September 2011. VNO-NCW Noord is the largest entrepreneurial organization in North Netherlands, advocating for businesses in the region.

Janneke Hadders' education history begins in 1996 when they enrolled at the University of Groningen. Janneke completed their Master's Degree in Law and Business administration in 2001. During the same period, they also participated in a Management Training Program at the Department of Economics at the University of Groningen. In 2013, Janneke attended a Masterclass Corporate Governance at the Wagner Group. Their most recent educational experience in 2019 involved taking a course for the chair of the Supervisory Board at the VTOI-NVTK Academie.
