Marina Ter Wiel

Marina ter Wiel has a diverse work experience in various industries. Marina started their career as a Projectorganizer at IVAK, where they worked on organizing the Opera Carmen in Delfzijl. Marina then worked as a Production assistant at Opera Spanga, coordinating tasks between different parties and participating in cultural overlegverbanden. Marina then moved on to become a Project management assistant at FIP Magnum Fabricom, where they assisted in building a gas-fired power plant and acted as an intermediary for foreign parties. Marina later became a Directiesecretaresse at Bilfinger Piping Technologies GmbH, working closely with RWE and handling administrative tasks. Marina then transitioned to Natural Resources Recruitment, where they worked as a Recruiting Consultant and Office Manager, focusing on recruitment, client acquisition and relationship management. Marina'snext position was Stafdocent PR & Communicatie at Klassieke Academie voor Beeldende Kunst Groningen, where they handled PR, communication, marketing, and organized various projects and exhibitions. Currently, Marina works at Dacom as a VP of HR, where they are involved in HR advisory, project management, and project control.

Marina ter Wiel received a Master of Arts degree in Kunsten, Cultuur & Media from the University of Groningen from 2007 to 2009. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in the same field from the same university from 2004 to 2006. In 2003 to 2004, they earned a Propedeuse in Romaanse Talen en Culturen (Italiaanse taal) also from the University of Groningen. In addition to their academic qualifications, Marina ter Wiel obtained several certifications, including Basic Elements of Safety SCC from European Control Services in December 2010. Marina also holds degree certificates in Kunsten, Cultuur & Media and Romaanse Talen & Culturen from Rijksuniversiteit Groningen. Marina ter Wiel has further certifications in various areas such as Italian language, Tourist Management, and expertise in the travel industry.
