Rankin's work experience begins in 2013 at Merah Pro, where they served as the Human Resources Manager, responsible for recruitment and training. In 2017, Rankin worked as a Marketing Trainee at PT. Sumber Cipta Multiniaga, learning about the tobacco industry and sales processes. Rankin then joined PT. United Tractors Tbk. in 2018 as an MT Internal Auditor before transitioning to Paxel.co as a People Experience Coach. In this role, Rankin served as the Regional Human Capital Assistant Manager and supported the company's expansion efforts. In 2021, Rankin joined Shopee as a Human Resources Business Partner, focusing on policy implementation and employee communication. Currently, Rankin is employed at Dagangan as a Human Resources Business Partner, managing outsourcing and resolving employee issues.

Rankin attended Universitas Atma Jaya Yogyakarta from 2013 to 2017. Rankin obtained a degree in Sarjana Ekonomi with a focus on Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia.
