Alan Pang

Alan Pang has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Alan is currently the Deputy GM, Transformation Lead, and Head of IT at Dah Chong Hong Holdings Limited, where they manage a portfolio of over 20 transformation initiatives. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Data and Analytics Strategy for the APAC region at VF Corporation, where they defined and executed the regional data and analytics strategy. Alan also served as the Director of Data and Analytics for the APAC region at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., where they led a global reporting and analytics rollout initiative. Before that, they worked as a Managing Consultant at IBM, where they were responsible for consulting business development in the general business sector. Alan's career also includes freelance consulting and roles as a Senior Consultant at IBM and as a Consultant at PwC Consulting.

Alan Pang completed their Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Management and Information Systems from Imperial College London from 1993 to 1997. Prior to that, they attended Kingswood School from 1989 to 1992, and Diocesan Boys' School from 1987 to 1989. In addition to their formal education, Alan Pang obtained certifications such as Scrum Developer Certified (SDC) and Scrum Fundamentals Certified (SFC) in May 2016.
