Indu Bhargava

Indu Bhargava is an experienced professional with a strong background in compliance monitoring, risk assessment, and IT audit. Currently serving as Associate Director at Daiichi Sankyo, Inc. since April 2018, Indu has overseen the implementation of OneTrust software for Data Privacy, managed the upgrade of the Enterprise Risk Management module, and implemented the SOX module for internal and external audit use. Indu also conducted JSOX assessments for both Daiichi Sankyo and ARI, and led the evaluation of various audit management tools. Prior to this role, Indu worked as a consultant in the Internal Audit Department at RGP and held various positions in IT audit and quality assurance at NYK Line, Avaya, PVH, and Merck, beginning a professional journey in 1998 at Efficient Solutions Inc. Educational credentials include studies at Virginia State University, Virginia Tech, and Allegheny College.
