Nick Weprich has over a decade of experience in operational delivery and customer support, currently serving as the Director of Operational Delivery at DailyPay, Inc. since February 2020. Prior roles at DailyPay include Senior Customer Operations Manager, Customer Support Manager, Customer Support Supervisor, and Customer Support Specialist, Tier 2. From January 2017 to February 2020, Nick held the position of Client Support at Ameriprise Financial Services, Inc. Previous experience includes roles as a Personal Banker at BMO Harris Bank and a Customer Sales and Service Representative at Wells Fargo. Nick holds a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and Communications from Indiana University Bloomington, complemented by study at Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.
