Jordan Fabyanske

Global Operating Partner at Dalberg

Based in Seattle, Jordan Fabyanske is a Partner at Dalberg Advisors and head of Dalberg’s operations globally. He co-leads the firm’s Inclusive Economic Growth service line and Systems Change community of practice, advising leading actors in global development—including foundations, governments, multilateral organizations, NGOs and corporations—on matters of policy, strategy, organizational effectiveness, multi-stakeholder initiatives, and scaling social impact. His experience and expertise span a range of development topics including urban and regional development, resilience, industrial policy, and innovative finance. Before moving to Seattle in 2017, Jordan launched and led Dalberg’s Addis Ababa office in 2014 and co-led the firm’s Cities and Urban Development expertise area.

Examples of Jordan’s past engagements include: helping leading global philanthropic partners devise strategies for scaling and spreading impact in Africa, for applying a systems approach to drive inclusive agricultural transformation, and for policy and advocacy globally; helping assess the demand for a multi-billion dollar innovative financing facility for pro-poor infrastructure projects; shaping and incubating a $100M+ strategic partnership between a major foundation and bilateral donor focused on strengthening regional resilience in Africa and South Asia; and leading the development of national and sectoral strategies for growth and transformation in frontier economies such as Afghanistan and Ethiopia.

Jordan holds a Master’s degree in international business from The Fletcher School at Tufts University and a Bachelor of Science degree in mathematics from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
