Marlies Rise

Marlies Rise currently serves as the Assistant Vice-President Research Services at Dalhousie University, a position held since April 2021. Prior to this, Marlies Rise accumulated significant experience at Memorial University of Newfoundland between November 2010 and April 2021, where key roles included Director of Strategic Institutional Research Initiatives, Director of the CREAIT Network, CRC and CFI Services, and Director of the Office of Research Services. Earlier in the career, Marlies Rise was a Program Manager at Genome Atlantic from 2006 to 2010.
