Matt Garcia

Matt Garcia has extensive work experience in public affairs, government relations, and investor relations. Matt has served as the Senior Vice President of Public Policy at the Dallas Regional Chamber since 2020. Prior to that, they worked as a Managing Advisor in Government Affairs at Sunwest Communications. Matt also has experience as the Director of External Affairs at Leon Capital Group and as the Chief of Staff for U.S. Congressman Pete Sessions. In addition, they have held positions in investor relations at Gevity HR, Inc., and Zale Corporation. Overall, Matt Garcia has a strong background in strategic communications and public policy.

Matt Garcia attended Waltrip High School from 1995 to 1999. Matt then pursued a degree in Finance at the Texas McCombs School of Business from 1999 to 2004.
