Luan Nguyen is a Clinical Research Assistant at Dallas Renal Group since March 2023, collaborating with clinical coordinators and physicians to enroll patients and maintain relationships during studies. Previous experience includes roles as a Restaurant Server at Gyu-Kaku Japanese BBQ Restaurant, where insights on sales and upselling were provided; Scribe Ambassador at ScribeAmerica, ensuring accurate documentation and managing workflow for healthcare providers; Lead Server at Jins KBBQ, overseeing a team to deliver excellent customer service; and Tutor at Kumon North America, Inc., providing mathematics and English comprehension tutoring to children aged 1 to 16. Luan holds a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from The University of Texas at Dallas and completed a Google Professional Certificate in Data Analytics through Coursera in early 2023.
