Pedro Teixeira

Pedro Teixeira has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Pedro is currently working at Daloop as the Head of Product, leading the creation of a SaaS+app solution for managing eMobility businesses. Prior to this, Pedro worked at Talkdesk as a Principal Product Manager, where they led the product strategy to simplify the use of talkdesk products and oversaw the platform's growth. Pedro also held the position of Senior Product Manager at Talkdesk. Before that, Pedro worked at OutSystems, where they served as a Product Operations manager and later as a Lead Product Manager, contributing to the company's hyper-growth and modernizing the UI framework. Pedro also has experience working at Jumia Group as a Senior Product Owner, Sage Portugal as a Product Owner/Software Engineer, Philips - Medical Systems as a Software and Release Engineer, T-Mobile Nederland as a Software Engineer, Vantyx Systems as a Technical Consultant, and PONTUAL Soluções Informáticas as a Software Engineer. Overall, Pedro's work experience reflects their expertise in product management, strategy development, team management, and driving growth.

Pedro Teixeira holds a Master's Degree in Service Management, which they obtained from FEP U. Porto from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they pursued Computer Engineering at Instituto Superior de Engenharia do Porto, where they received an MSc+5 degree from 2000 to 2006. In addition to their formal education, Pedro Teixeira has also obtained several certifications. In 2008, they became a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) from Scrum Alliance. Pedro further expanded their knowledge in Agile methodologies and leadership by acquiring a Certified Agile Leadership (CAL I) certification from Scrum Alliance in December 2018. Pedro also gained expertise in Management 3.0 through a certification from Scopphu in February 2018. Additionally, they obtained the Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification from Scrum Alliance in May 2015.
