Curtis McLaughlin has over 10 years of experience in customer service and support. Curtis began their career in 2006 as a Help Desk & Service Delivery Manager at Movero Technology. In 2010, they joined AllClear ID as a Director of Customer Services, where they grew their support network from 50 to over 2000+ incident support agents across 4 different delivery partners. Curtis then moved up to the role of Director of Support Readiness, where they created and led specialized customer success & professional services teams. Curtis was also responsible for managing client implementations, customer experience (CEM), and customer relationship (CRM). In 2019, they joined Dama Financial as their VP of Customer Service.

Curtis McLaughlin attended The University of Texas at Austin from 1997 to 2000, where they earned a BA in Latin American Studies/Government.
