Sergio Negri

Sergio Negri currently serves as Senior Vice President of Technology at DAMAC Properties, overseeing AI and new technologies across diverse sectors including real estate and hospitality, while managing a team of 120. Previously, Sergio held the position of Chief Information Officer for Dubai Holding's real estate arm, where responsibilities included leading cross-vertical projects for one of Dubai's largest developers. Experience as Senior Director at PwC focused on digital transformation and technology strategy, complemented by an equity partnership at iStarter, a business accelerator. A seasoned consultant in data science and digital transformation, Sergio has also contributed as an adjunct professor at IE Business School and has held various management roles in business development and IT, starting with Accenture. Sergio holds multiple degrees in business administration and engineering from esteemed institutions, including a PhD candidacy at IE Business School.
