Johny Salt Bandi

Johny Salt Bandi is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various HR functions across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at DaMENSCH since August 2021, Johny oversees areas such as retention, employee satisfaction, compensation and benefits, payroll, exit experience, performance management, and onboarding, while also leading administration and IT teams. Previous roles include Senior Executive Human Resources at a technology company, where Johny focused on onboarding, talent acquisition, and HR policy development, and multiple positions at Anzy Careers that involved in-house recruitment and HR operations. Johny began a career in HR as a Talent Acquisition Intern at L&T Technology Services Limited and holds an M.B.A. in HR and a Bachelor's degree in Maths, Physics, and Computer Science.
