Deniz Kırcova

Deniz Kırcova has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. In 2010, they started as a Management Trainee at V.Group, where they assisted with Crew Management Operations. Deniz also worked as a Deck Cadet, completing training periods in the Gulf of Guinea and the Arabian Sea/Persian Gulf, gaining experience in handling different types of cargoes and tank cleaning operations.

In 2013, Deniz worked in the Crewing & Operations Departments at Marinsa Shipping for a few months before joining V.Group again in 2015. At V.Group, they served as an Offshore & Training Coordinator and later as a Technical Assistant.

From 2018 to 2022, Deniz worked at Oldendorff Carriers GmbH & Co. KG, holding two roles. As an IT Project Manager, they focused on developing analytical data reporting tools and collaborating with various departments in the company. Deniz then transitioned to the role of Marine Accounting Manager, handling hire statements, account overviews, laytime calculations, and liaison with owners, charterers, brokers, and agents.

Since 2022, Deniz has been working as a Business Application Manager at DS NORDEN, utilizing their expertise in managing business applications.

Throughout their career, Deniz has demonstrated a solid understanding of technology, project management, data analysis, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Deniz Kırcova completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business/Commerce, General from Yeditepe University, attending from 2016 to 2020. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Maritime Transportation and Management Engineering from Istanbul Technical University, attending from 2007 to 2012. Additionally, Deniz Kırcova has obtained certifications in ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System Introduction and Internal Auditor Course from Lloyd's Register in May 2017, and Marlins Training Course for the ISF Marlins Test of Spoken English from Marlins in May 2011.
